Please allow time for us to properly process your order. Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. If you have a date you absolutely must have your package in hand please list it in the "Special Instructions" field on our check out page. Our staff will then be able to assist you in getting your package when you need it.

Orders By Internet -
On each product page will be a button that controls your Shopping Bag. You may add the item shown on the page by clicking the "Add to Bag" button. You may review your running bill by clicking the "Shopping Bag" or you may finalize your order by clicking the "Checkout" button. Remember that you will be able to edit your shopping bag at any time by clicking on either the "Update" or "Delete" buttons.

To order by phone call us at (937) 436–3003 during our open store hours. Be sure you have made all the choices necessary to place your order. Our store hours are Mon. – Fri. 10am – 6pm & Sat. 10am – 4pm Eastern Time Zone.
By Mail & Fax -
To make ordering easy we suggest using our shopping bag and print out the order. The shopping bag will prepare orders for SECURE electronic mail, postal mail and faxing. Our fax number is 1-937-436-9967.

Price Fluctuations -
Many of the items featured on our site are subject to metal market price fluctuation. For this reason, many prices indicated on this site are subject to change without notice. All orders for bullion are subject to acceptance by our company, this includes silver medallions and coin bezels. In a bullish market prices change rapidly and we reserve the right to refuse orders due to volatile gold, silver or platinum prices. Placing an order online does not mean your order is accepted, it only the first step of you submitting your order for review by our order department.
Product Availability -
Not all items listed on our website are in stock at all times. To confirm inventory available on a specific item please call us at (937) 436-3003. Some items listed on our site are very limited quantities or one-of-a-kind in our stock. Since an unfilled order is disappointing to both of us we request you list alternate choices when ordering. (This can easily be done during the check out process under our "Notes" section.) In the event a particular product is sold out, then we reserve the right to either process partial orders and make refunds, or reject your entire order and refund your payment in full. In the rare instance we do not have an item in stock, it will be indicated on the receipt.
Please note that our coin lists do not necessarily mean that we have all coins available at any given time. Early dates and higher grades are becoming increasingly difficult to locate. We acquire coins on a daily basis, which we are constantly adding to our inventory. If we don't have the coins you want in stock, we'll make every effort to locate them.
Authenticity & Grading -
All coins are unconditionally guaranteed genuine forever! Grading of coins is by ANA Grading Standards. Our staff has been buying and selling for over 40 years, and we have numerous awards in the business. Experience is shown in our quality, value and reliability.
International Orders -
Please note CCJC will no longer ship orders, nor accept credit card numbers issued outside the United States; due to an extreme amount of claims and loss of packages. We will however continue to ship to United States military addresses.
Payment -
We accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Occasionally we may require signature or proof of identification on credit card transactions. This is for your protection and ours! All orders must be paid with U.S. funds. Your card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship out.
We no longer are able to accept payments through Paypal, due to changes in Paypals' policy, and do not foresee being able accepting Paypal again anytime soon. We are looking into accepting more payment options in the future. Until then we are sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused.
Please note that ALL transactions are secure, and encryption varies depending on your web browser. Looks for the "https://" in your URL bar when visiting your shopping bag, account area, and checkout. This indicates our site is secure and encrypted by digicert and all personal information and credit card information is safe. All activity on this website is monitored for fraud and abuse. Please be advised that your IP address is being logged to ensure the validity of each user.
For phone and mail/fax orders we still accept personal check, money orders, cashiers checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. Sorry, but we do not ship items C.O.D. All orders must be paid with U.S. funds. Please allow 10 business days for personal check, money order or cashiers checks to clear.
Ohio State Sales Tax -
Ohio State residents are subject to 7% sales tax. There is currently state sales tax on bullion and numismatic items. We ask if you do not agree with the law requiring sales tax on items you please write you state representatives and governor.
Order Acceptance -
Orders are not valid until accepted by Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and discontinue accepting orders at any time without advanced notice. Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection accepts orders only under the terms and conditions published here.
Delivery -
We reserve the right to upgrade or change the requested shipping service to a equal or better shipping service. All shipping prices for packages over $300 are estimated; please contact us with your zip code and item information prior to ordering for an exact shipping quote. Please be aware that any order over $300, or those orders not being shipped to the billing address may require a signature. The carrier will leave a notice if a signature cannot be obtained. Please note delivery does NOT include our processing time. During peak shopping holidays we may need additional time to process your order. We will notify you by email, per usual, the evening your order is shipped.
