Frequently Asked Questions

What can I return?

You may return new, unopened items sold by CCJC for any reason within 10 days of receiving your product/s. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with original tags attached.

We do not take returns on engraved/personalized items, coin jewelry (mounted in bezels), or bullion. These items will be purchased back at fair market value. Mag-Nif Coin Sorters/Counters may only be exchanged for another sorter/counter within 10 days of receipt.

Do I have to pay return shipping?

If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs with a printable label in the authorization given.

If the return is not a result of our error, you will be responsible for return shipping cost.

When will I get my refund &
how much will it be?

Usually in about 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping method you use to send the item/s back. Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-3 days after we receive the inventory back and process your return.

Your return refund will be the full refund of the item purchase price less any delivery fees incurred and credit card fees, if any.

Do we offer replacements and exchanges?

Yes, you may exchange new, unopened items sold by CCJC for any reason within 10 days of receiving your product/s. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with original tags attached.

If you received a damaged or defective item, we can ship you a replacement of the exact item if one is available or if you would like to exchange the item for another.

Canceling Orders

You may cancel your order prior to shipment by calling toll free at 1 (877) 571-4400 or emailing order.department@coins4me.com. If your order has already shipped and is in transit you will still need to contact us by email or phone.

Returns

If for any reason within 10 days of receiving your product you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return the entire product/s for replacement, exchange, or full refund less any delivery fees incurred, and credit card fees, if any.

Authorization from CCJC is required before returning any item/s. Orders returned without authorization from us may lose right to any shipping refund that may be applicable and may also be subject to an 8% restocking fee.

Items that Cannot be Returned

We do not take returns on used items, engraved/personalized items, coin jewelry (mounted in bezels) or bullion. Coin jewelry, bezels, and bullion will be purchased back at fair market value. Mag-Nif Coin Sorters/Counters may only be exchanged for another sorter/counter within 10 days of receipt.

Gift Return

If you received a gift that was purchased from our store, you may exchange the item/s for any reason within 10 days of receiving your product OR we may issue you a full merchandise gift card good toward future purchases at our store. Additional shipping charges may apply for gift exchanges.

Return Shipping

If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs with a printable label in the authorization given. If the return is not a result of our error, you will be responsible for return shipping cost. We suggest that you insure your return because we cannot be responsible for item(s) until they arrive at our store.

Refunds

You will see your refund process after your returned item/s gets to our location and is received by our staff. This usually takes about 1-2 weeks depending on the shipping method used to send the item/s back. Most refunds are fully refunded in 1-3 days after we receive the inventory back and process your return, depending on the bank and credit card company processing time.

Your return refund will be the item/s purchase price less any delivery fees incurred, and credit card fees, if any, OR issue you a full merchandise credit good toward future purchases. Credit card orders may be subject to an 8% restocking fee. The exact refund amount will be given to you when you receive your initial refund authorization.

Exchanges

If for any reason within 10 days of receiving your product you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the entire product/s for another less any delivery fees incurred, and credit card fees, if any. If the exchange is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs with a printable label in the authorization given. If the exchange is not a result of our error, you will be responsible for return shipping cost. Additional shipping charges may apply for the exchange. If there is a difference in item/s purchase prices for what is being exchanges, more may be owed or some may be refunded.

Damage Claims

If the package and its contents appear damaged, immediately contact our order department to file a claim. Keep ALL cartons and packing material. Do not return the package to us without contacting us. We can ship you a replacement of the exact item if one is available or exchange the item for another.
