Our family has been in business for over 40 years, now on its 4th generation of family workers. What started as simple coin show hopping has turned into the largest coin shop in Dayton, Ohio with over 4,000 square feet of coins, jewelry and collectibles.

Danielle Fritz

Co-owner & COO- Danielle is like a mad scientist who combines the right mix of marketing, design, strategy, and business knowledge. Her unrivaled vision and leadership keeps the company & our quality of work top-notch here at Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection. Danielle is the 2nd generation of the Fritz Family. After graduating in 1990 she was an Intern at the American Numismatic Association. After her internship she opened her own business. In 1997 Danielle returned to CCJC full time to develop the e-commerce website. Her most fond experiences come from hiring new team members and finding the right mix of people to join the eclectic team. On a personal side, Danielle enjoys coming home to her husband of 10 years & her TiVo. This year Danielle Fritz was recognized at a WIBN Top 25 Women to Watch 2012.

Stephanie Jeffcoat

Stephanie is the Retail Floor Supervisor, She recently graduated from Dayton School of Medical Massage as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and is looking to go back to school for photography. Stephanie has been with the store for over two years and has enjoyed every minute of it! Stephanie is very passionate about educating clients, developing trusting relationships, and creating an environment where people love to come to work. Stephanie has a large family consisting of two older brothers, who have both served for our country, and two sisters. When disconnecting from work Stephanie like to read, go out with friends, and just relax!

Peggy Pearson

Peggy Pearson, aka the "Betty White" of Centerville Coin & Jewelry, has obtained a well deserved title of Senior Retail Sales Associate. Peggy has the invaluable ability to translate a client's wants into finding something for everyone and every occasion. Her most rewarding experiences since being at Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection have been making new friends, adding to company growth and receiving sales awards. Customers often call to find out the next time Peggy’s working or when the "Peggy Special" is. Peggy doesn’t call it quits once she's left work. She spends her free time serving at her church bazaar workshops at Normandy United Methodist Church, as well as spending time with her family and sewing baskets.

Alex Kleine

Alex Kleine is a Retail Sales Associate. He also handles all of our special projects, like building displays. He is a true Jack-of-all-trades, working at all locations. Over the past five years he has worked in every department. He mainly works in shipping but also takes care of the properties, receives inventory when needed, and fills in at retail when needed. Alex recently celebrated his five-year anniversary with the Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection Company. A work perk Alex takes full advantage of is his flexible schedule while he attends Wright State University, majoring in Management Information Systems. In his spare time Alex spends his time flying R/C airplanes, hanging with friends or reading sci-fi novels.

Linda Decker

Linda Decker is celebrating 10 years of service with Centerville Coin & Jewelry. Linda is our Warehouse Site Manager, as well as Purchasing and Receiving Manager. At Centerville Coin & Jewelry, Linda is never at rest. She is constantly working to stay on top of more efficient tools and opportunities to better the direction of the company. She is a fantastic problem solver, positive communicator and holds strong computer skills. Linda has a background in customer service and account management. When Linda gets away from the office she enjoys spending time around the water, with friends or her blonde lab rescued from SICSA.

Thomas Brewster

Thomas volunteers his services and is head of our IT department. Thomas has been in love with the latest technology and computers as long as he can remember. He has been a member of our team for over 10 years. He is married to Danielle Fritz (COO) and has two daughters; December & Autumn Brewster. Thomas is an avid "Ultimate" Frisbee player and you can always find him at local Frisbee tournaments. When Thomas travels with the company, he is in charge of food. This means Thomas finds all the best hole-in-the-wall, local bistros, cafes and eateries for our company to visit. Any member of our staff can tell you a story or two about Thomas’ food finds.

Jennifer "Jenny" Mayl

Jenny is an Internet Order Specialist. As an Internet Order Specialist, she handles each order with care and customer service with the finesse of a seasoned symphony conductor. She sees to it that orders are filled to the precise detail and clients are happy. Her most rewarding experience since joining CCJC is helping customers. Jenny has been a member of our team for 7 years. She has over 40 years of experience in customer service. Jenny has been married to the same man for 45 years, and they have one daughter. She loves reading and animals, especially dogs. She also actively participates in church activities.

Cathy Brewer

Cathy is an Internet Order Specialist. Originally from New York, Cathy was previously an office manager at a local hair salon. She decided to join the crew because she enjoyed the neat & cozy work environment. Her extensive experience of our product lines and knowledge of our online website, allows her to seamlessly support customer questions with ease. Cathy’s most treasured experience with CCJC is having first hand experience seeing the day-to-day operation of a retail store. When not working Cathy enjoys readings, catching up on sports, and spending time with her family.

Autumn Brewster

Autumn is the Inventory & Merchandise Specialist. She oversees inventory control as well as merchandising for both Centerville Coin & Jewelry Connection and American Pi Dayton. She is a seasoned wordsmith and has a creative eye when merchandising. Autumn is the third generation of family to work in the family business. Her desk is always an organized mess and filled with coffee cups. Autumn is always ahead of the curve. Autumn enjoys reading, trying new foods, and listening to music. When not spending time with her family, Autumn volunteers at local YMCA Strong Kids Events and participates in local quarter auctions.

Jeannette Owens

Jeannette has been a part of the CCJC team for 4 years. She graduated from The School of Advertising Art with an Associate of Applied Business in Advertising Art. Jeannette decided to join the team because she wanted to be involved within a family atmosphere. Her extensive experience in web development and graphic design allows her to not only seamlessly support all creative efforts but to also bring a fresh set of ideas and skills to each project. Some of Jeannette’s hobbies include Origami, oil painting, gardening and spoiling her black lab puppy. Her most rewarding experience has been participating in Zoo Nights at CCJC, where the Cincinnati Zoo and the Boonshoft Museum came to visit.

Katy Blacklidge

Katy Blacklidge is our Photo/Graphic Image Specialist. She tackles any design project with a keen eye, a steady hand and endless imagination. Previously a photographer, Katy joined our ranks for new experiences. Katy's most treasured memory while working at CCJC has been helping a solder in Afghanistan order and send a Christmas gift to both his wife and mother. The soldier was very grateful for the assistance Katy was able to give him and in return she was happy to give her gratitude to one of our troops. To her, each day is different and unique. When not working, Katy enjoys the finer things in life such as hanging with her husband, listening to music and loving all life has to offer. She has all the right skills to prioritize, organize, stylize and finalize.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Clark

Lizzy Clark is a Retail Sales Associate. Before joining CCJC Lizzy enjoyed being on the tennis court, both as a player and as a coach. Lizzy had no experience in the retail industry prior to joining CCJC, but commands the sales floor when merchandising and helping out clients. A new resident to the Centerville/ Dayton area, Lizzy loves making new friends. She is a great addition to the team. Lizzy loves working at CCJC while she attends Wright State University to pursue a degree in Marketing. When she is not working, caring for her brand new puppy, or going to school Lizzy is highly active in community service clubs in college.

December "DC" Brewster

December is the American Pi Site Supervisor. As such, December Brewster has talent for miles. She is well versed in the ins and outs of business operation at a hands-on level, gifting her with extensive knowledge of marketing, project support, design, event coordination and merchandising. December’s expertise is backed by over 7 years of experience. She recently received her Accredited Jewelry Professional degree from the Gemological Institute of America. Currently, December is attending the Art Institute and is working on her fashion merchandising/marketing degree. She spends much of her free time either surfing the Internet, spending time with her dogs, or being a mom. She also enjoys recreating a vintage find with her sewing machine.

Todd Chamberlain

Todd Chamberlain is the head of our accounting department. He originally started as an Internet Order Shipping Specialist and seized the opportunity to be an excellent bookkeeper. He graduated From Ohio Northern University with a BSBA in Accounting. Todd is the resident foodie; trying new food products to bring them into the store. When not in the office Todd can be found with his teammates on the Ultimate Frisbee Field, and he is a assistant coach for Centerville Outsiders; which participate in the Cincinnati High school division for Ultimate Frisbee. In 2013 Todd is going pro. He will be playing for the professional Cincinnati Revolution team. Todd likes Frisbee, food, and fun times.

Harry "The Grand Poo Pa"

Harry is head of our security department. He may seem like he is just snoozing by the door, but he really is keeping an eye on you when you arn't looking. Some of Harry's hobbies include snuggling, long walks at the dog park, chasing geese and making sure his cookie jar is always stocked full!

Retail Floor Supervisor:
Floor supervisor is responsible for all the work done on assigned floor. As a supervisor, you will work with a number of other employees who will help you maintain products, client relationships and general order. The floor supervisor must be in constant communication with the managers and other supervisors. You may be asked to work extra hours and weekends.  You must develop weekly schedules to maintain coverage during operating hours, you will maintain floor reports and to keep statistics. Shelving and merchandising situations change daily, and you will be expected to assess and act appropriately. Hourly wage.

Bookkeeper:

Receptionist:
Answering the telephone and general e-Mail questions. Order office supplies for both retail and warehouse sites. Keep general attendance for all employees each day and their time in and out of the building for phone handling purposes. Handling vacation request and general appointments with locations. Note taking of company meetings and training sessions to email to staff. Some entry of orders into system during peak times. Hourly wage.

Jewelry Repair (Customer Service):

Main responsibility is to assist in the checking-in and out of repairs to and from customers as well as repair workers. A log will be kept at all times with all job information, location and status. Constant contact between customer and jeweler. Placing orders for parts and equipment needed for jewelry repairs. Keep retail stock of jewelry supplies and cleaner. Suggestive selling of these products when client picks up repair work. Cleaning and check prongs for clients while they shop. Battery replacement knowledge. Assist customers in placing orders via the phone. Taking special care of VIP customers with large dollar orders and packages. Some follow-up or suggestive selling phone work. In charge of mail order claims. Claims may include, lost, damaged or missing items. Relief for receptionist. Hourly wage and bonuses.

Internet Order Department (Fulfilling Warehouse Orders):
Job requires some knowledge of products. Merchandise is gathered and placed into bins to be checked before packing and shipping. Physical work and ability to lift 50 lbs. Process credit card payments and check for any paperwork discrepancies. Hourly wage.

Internet Order Shipping, Packaging & Mail Services:
